Same as you, the entire Team Trangoworld is having a hard time not being able to enjoy the mountains, climbing and running outdoors. But it is a sacrifice that we must make for the good of our community to end this situation as soon as possible.

Our friend Jorge García-Dihinx - runner and mountain skier based in the Aragonese Pyrenees - leaves us this video with 33 easy and varied exercises that we can all do at home.

Jorge makes them in the garden (lucky him!) but we can also make them on a mat in any room of our house.

Be careful if we are not used to doing these exercises and they are new to you. Take them easily and don’t do them all in a row or very long series. Be extremely careful these days not to get injured or have a bad fall, hospitals are already quite saturated.
