SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
1. Shipping Methods and Periods
The periods indicated below are computed from Monday to Friday and can be altered by local or national holidays.
On special dates such as Christmas, Three Kings, long weekends or special promotions, we do not guarantee delivery is made within the delivery period, due to volume of goods of transport agencies.
Trangoworld reserves the right to modify delivery periods and type of shipment without prior notice in case of orders of large dimensions (crashpads, etc.) or special cases.
Under no circumstances will shipments be made to Post Office boxes.
1.1 Shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands
- All shipments are made to domicile. For security reasons, shipments are not made for collection at Post Offices.
- For security reasons no order will be accepted when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.
- All our orders reach their destination in 3 to 5 business days.
- Free shipping for orders over 100€.
1.2 Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
For the moment, shipments are not made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
1.3 Shipments to international destinations
For the moment, shipments are not made to international destinations.
1.4 Cancellation of orders
Orders that are confirmed and in phase of preparation cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our Customer Attention department with the CONTACT form (reason Order) to indicate to you how to proceed.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of (30) calendar days from delivery date of the order to return it.
Product must reach us in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use.
Instructions for requesting a return
Please follow the instructions below to request return of your articles.
- You must identify yourself on the website and log in to the My Account section. If you do not have a user account and made the purchase as a guest, you can use the CONTACT form (reason Return) indicating order number and we will contact you to assist you in the return process.
- Once you have identified yourself, enter the History of orders section. In this section the list of orders made with your account in trangoworld.com will appear.
- Under the order number, articles acquired in that order will be found.
- At the bottom of the order there is a button to start return. When it is pressed, a new page appears with the list of articles and some boxes for selection next to each one.
- Mark the boxes of articles that you wish to return and indicate the reason for return among the selection of the drop-down menu.
- Once all articles to be returned are chosen press the continue button. The system will proceed to process its request for return.
Instructions for shipping the return
Please follow the instructions below when packaging and sending your articles for return. It is important to follow these instructions to be able to correctly attend your return.
- Prepare a package with the article in its original packaging, ensuring that it is perfectly packaged. Include a copy of the documentation included in your order or a copy of the e-mail you received when you made the order. It is not necessary to indicate any sender or recipient.
- Go to a Post Office near your domicile. Indicate to the employee that you want to make a return of an online purchase by CorreosExpress, using the service of reverse logistics, and indicate order number.
- The Post Office employee will check your order number in the system, will print a label that will check its order number in the system, will print a label that they will place on the package. The employee will give you a document with information of your deposit for you to check and sign. Once signed, the employee will accept your package and will proceed to send your return. You can track your return through the CorreosExpress website using your order number as a reference.
- Once we receive your package in our warehouses and we verify that all the foregoing conditions have been met, trangoworld.com will accept return of the articles.
- Refund of the price of articles will be made in a minimum period of fifteen (15) days from receipt in our warehouse of the return. Refund will be made by the same method of payment with which the purchase was made.
trangoworld.com does not accept freight collect shipments; in case of any doubt, contact Customer Attention with the CONTACT form (reason Return) to indicate to you how to proceed.
3. Right of Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal from a contract is the power of the consumer and user to leave null and void the contract entered into, thus notifying the other contracting party in the period established for exercise of this right, without need to justify their decision and without penalty of any type. In short, it is the possibility to return the order without need for justification.
The product can be returned in a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from its receipt.
Refund of the price will be made in a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the decision to withdraw from the contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated and always when the goods or products which are object of withdrawal have been previously received.
Right of withdrawal will be made, sending to TRANGOWORLD S.A. through the CONTACT form (reason Return) the wish to exercise said right. Having received the communication, TRANGOWORLD S.A. will inform the customer of steps and measures to be considered to carry out the right of withdrawal.
In this case, the cost of return shipment is charged to the customer.
Availability of articles
Articles offered on the https://www.trangoworld.com website are subject to limits of stocks. In the event that TRANGOWORLD S.A. cannot supply the article acquired by the customer due to unavailability or due to lack of stock, we will inform you of this lack of availability before finalizing the purchase, on the same sheet of the article and in any case, by e-mail once we receive your purchase request and we will refund any amount you have paid.
4. Right of exclusion
TRANGOWORLD S.A. reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to portal and/or services offered without need for prior notice, at its own initiative or that of a third party, to those users who breach Conditions of Use of the portal. TRANGOWORLD S.A. will prosecute breach of Conditions of Use of the portal, as well as any undue use of its portal exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it in law.
