Shipments and Returns

1. SHIPPING METHODS AND PERIODS

The periods indicated below are computed from Monday to Friday and can be altered by local or national holidays.

On special dates such as Christmas, Three Kings, long weekends or special promotions, we do not guarantee delivery is made within the delivery period, due to volume of goods of transport agencies.

Trangoworld reserves the right to modify delivery periods and type of shipment without prior notice in case of orders of large dimensions (crashpads, etc.) or special cases.

Under no circumstances will shipments be made to Post Office boxes.

1.1 SHIPMENTS TO MAINLAND SPAIN AND THE BALEARIC ISLANDS

  • All shipments are made to domicile. For security reasons, shipments are not made for collection at Post Offices.
  • For security reasons no order will be accepted when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.
  • All our orders reach their destination in 3 to 5 business days.
  • Free shipping for orders over 100€ 

1.2 SHIPMENTS TO THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

For the moment, shipments are not made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

1.3 SHIPMENTS TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

For the moment, shipments are not made to international destinations.

1.4 CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Orders that are confirmed and in phase of preparation cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our Customer Attention department with the CONTACT form (reason Order) to indicate to you how to proceed.

2. RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of (30) calendar days from delivery date of the order to return it.

Product must reach us in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use.

We will refund the amount of the returned items. The shipping costs will not be refunded since the delivery service has been correctly fulfilled.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN AS A GUEST

If you have placed an order without logging in to the online shop, having placed it as a guest, you must access the following link and follow the instructions on the form below:

  1. You must fill in the requested information to identify the order you wish to return. This information can be found in your order confirmation email.
  2. Enter your Order Number (WT), Last Name of the shipping address and the email address where you received the confirmation and click Continue.
  3. If your details are correct and you are within the return period (30 days from delivery), you will be taken to a list of the items in your order.
  4. Check the box of the item you wish to return and select the reason for the return from the drop-down selection to the right of the product.
  5. Once you have selected all the items to be returned, read and accept the conditions of the return policy by ticking the corresponding box and click on Send Request.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN WHILE LOGGED IN

If you have placed an order by logging in to the online shop, you can find all the information about your orders in the My Account > Order History area.

  1. You must log in to the website and go to the My Account section.
  2. Once you have logged in and are in your personal area, go to the Order History section. In this section you will see the list of orders placed with your trangoworld.com account.
  3. Under the order number you will find the items purchased in that order.
  4. At the bottom of the order there is a button to initiate the return. When you click on this button, a new page appears with a list of items and checkboxes next to each item.
  5. Check the boxes of the items you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return from the drop-down selection.
  6. Once you have selected all the items to be returned, click on the Continue button.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIPPING THE RETURN

Please follow the instructions below when packaging and shipping your items for return. It is important for us to follow these instructions so that we can manage your return correctly.

  1. Prepare a package with the item in its original packaging, making sure that it is perfectly packed. Include a copy of the documentation included with your order or a copy of the e-mail you received when you placed the order. You do not need to indicate any sender or recipient.
  2. Go to a Correos office near you. Tell the employee that you want to return an online purchase by CorreosExpress, using the reverse logistics service, and give them your order number.
  3. The CorreosExpress employee will check your order number in their system, print a label and place it on the parcel. The employee will give you a document with your deposit information for you to check and sign. Once signed, they will accept your package and proceed to ship your return. You can track your return via the CorreosExpress website using your order number as a reference.
  4. Once we receive your package in our warehouse and check that all the above conditions are met, trangoworld.com will accept the return of the goods.
  5. The refund of the amount of the articles will be made within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from receipt of the return in our warehouse. The refund will be made by the same method of payment with which the purchase was made.
  6. trangoworld.com does not accept carriage forward shipments. Returns are free of charge provided that the conditions indicated in section 2 are met.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal from a contract is the power of the consumer and user to leave null and void the contract entered into, thus notifying the other contracting party in the period established for exercise of this right, without need to justify their decision and without penalty of any type. In short, it is the possibility to return the order without need for justification.

The product can be returned in a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from its receipt.

Refund of the price will be made in a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the decision to withdraw from the contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated and always when the goods or products which are object of withdrawal have been previously received.

Right of withdrawal will be made, sending to TRANGOWORLD S.A. through the CONTACT form (reason Return) the wish to exercise said right. Having received the communication, TRANGOWORLD S.A. will inform the customer of steps and measures to be considered to carry out the right of withdrawal.

In this case, the cost of return shipment is charged to the customer.

AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES

Articles offered on the https://www.trangoworld.com website are subject to limits of stocks. In the event that TRANGOWORLD S.A. cannot supply the article acquired by the customer due to unavailability or due to lack of stock, we will inform you of this lack of availability before finalizing the purchase, on the same sheet of the article and in any case, by e-mail once we receive your purchase request and we will refund any amount you have paid.

4. RIGHT OF EXCLUSION

TRANGOWORLD S.A. reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to portal and/or services offered without need for prior notice, at its own initiative or that of a third party, to those users who breach Conditions of Use of the portal. TRANGOWORLD S.A. will prosecute breach of Conditions of Use of the portal, as well as any undue use of its portal exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it in law.
