Merino wool shares the characteristics classic to wool such as insulation from warmth or cold, the ability to quickly absorb and evaporate moisture, a quick drying time and resistance to wrinkling.

Besides these important aspects, the principle of resource conservation plays a major role within the bluesign® standard. The independent bluesign® standard guarantees that the entire production chain only contains components and passes through processes that are harmless to people and the environment. It uses what is called “Input Stream Management” that views production as a series of steps that needs to be individually certified and monitored.
All manufacturing processes and chemistry must meet the bluesign standard for a finished product to bear the label bluesign®.

Built for demanding mountain adventures, these technical trousers combine durability, warmth and unrestricted mobility to perform in challenging conditions. Made with recycled nylon and wool fabric, they offer an ideal balance of breathability, insulation and long-lasting comfort for hiking, trekking and mountaineering.
The bi-stretch fabric maximises freedom of movement, while the brushed inner lining provides enhanced thermal performance and a softer feel against the skin. An elasticated waistband with an integrated belt, belt loops and a hook-button fastening ensures a secure fit, complemented by a protected zip fly.
Articulated knees, shaping behind the knees, a V-shaped pattern and a gusseted crotch work together to improve mobility on technical terrain. Internal hem drawcords with cord locks allow you to adjust the leg openings for a closer fit over mountain boots and improved protection against the elements.
The breathable fabric is finished with a PFC-free water-repellent treatment, helping to keep light moisture at bay. Robust, functional and highly technical, these trousers are an excellent choice for hiking, trekking, mountaineering and other demanding mountain activities.
